An all-new aluminum frame and our Waxwing carbon fork prioritize stability and comfort on all types of roads. We designed Journeyer with adventure-bike features, including fender, rack, and accessory mounts, plus Three-Pack mounts for extra supplies or camping gear. 650b wheels and high-volume 47 mm tires offer a large contact patch for great grip on loose surfaces. SRAM’s Apex 1 drivetrain is a dependable ride partner with the gear range to take on hilly routes or downtown hustles. - Journeyman utilizes the same custom toptube and downtube we developed for the Warbird Aluminum, with new seatstays, chainstays, and dropouts in 6061-T6 aluminum to match. The entire frame is then heat treated to T6 alloy standards for extra strength and durability.
- Journeyman geometry was developed from years of riding our Vaya and Warbird. Taking cues from both, Journeyman is comfortable, stable, and confidence inspiring whether it's your daily driver, you're ripping up dirt paths into and through town, exploring unfamiliar terrain, or entering your first gravel race. Spirited when you want it to be, but relaxed enough to leave you with the energy for long rides.
