The universal clamps can be reversed so that the mount can be mounted on or under the handlebars and is suitable for all bag sizes. Weighing just 375g and a weight limit of 6kg, the rack requires no special fittings or straps and fits 25.4mm and 31.8mm diameter handlebars.
